What after-purchase and management services do you provide?
Our concierge service assists with settling in, utilities, residence registration, and more. We coordinate property managers for maintenance, guest services, and reporting.
What fees does Reviero charge?
We don't charge fees for buying. For management, we take 20% of the rental profit. So you only pay when you earn.
Is my investment capital and info secure?
Yes, we use bank-level encryption for the money we manage. But we don't directly handle the transfer; that's between you and the property seller. However, we ensure that all procedures are conducted transparently and in compliance with legal requirements.
Who handles property management and upkeep?
Our in-house team fully manages properties - from leasing to maintenance to accounting.
How are returns generated on Reviero?
Returns are generated through:
1) cash flow from rent: Investors earn passive income distributed monthly with targeted 10-20% average returns, and up to 45%;
2) Appreciation when the property is sold: Our AI helps identify highly desirable neighbourhoods, so properties benefit from price appreciation when investors are ready to sell.
Who manages the properties on Reviero?
Our in-house asset management team handles property management, offering passive investing.
